About Me
Hello! My name is Fox; I graduated from PSMT and became a certified LMT in 2022. I decided to pursue my career in bodywork after getting diagnosed with Lyme’s in 2021; finding immense benefit from MFRT to relieve my symptoms. The benefit I found from bodywork combined with my preexisting understanding of the mind/body connection from my personal yoga practice inspired me to join the bodywork community to help others find relief.My practice incudes a combination of Myofascial Release, TRP, and a blend of relaxing Swedish techniques. Sessions are customized to each client to help relieve stress, focus on problem areas, and help restore mind-body connection.In my spare time I enjoy hiking, going to concerts, painting, hanging out with my 2 cats (Sushi and Kitton) and furthering my knowledge of on mind/ body connection through CEUs, anatomy videos, and movement.
